The Metes and Bounds Scales were developed by Mr. C.R. Hule and were used by hundreds of land and real estate professionals nationwide in the past. Petroleum Abstract and Title Service uses the Metes and Bounds Scales extensively in our abstract and title work and we were disappointed when we discovered that the rulers were out of production. So, we acquired all of the rights to the rulers and have initiated a new production run. We have also obtained a new supplier of the grid sheets for layout work.
The scales are inscribed onto two rulers and are identical to the original Metes and Bounds and consist of the following scales:
